Body composition scan offers detailed measurements such as body fat percentage, muscle mass, visceral fat, water percentage, and bone mass, giving you a complete picture of your health and fitness.

Monthly price with annual membership

Our annual membership comes with a flexible monthly payment of £150. The membership includes one weekly session.

Visit us for a no-obligation single introductory session, which will include a consultation, a body composition scan and a 20-minutes workout.

Pressotherapy Sessions

Pressotherapy is ideal for adults looking to support their lymphatic wellbeing, circulation, recovery and general comfort.

It is not a medical treatment and is not suitable for individuals with certain conditions. A full consultation is included prior to your first session.

Pressotherapy at Fitness in Minutes can be enjoyed as an add-on to your regular EMS workouts, or booked separately using our Vagaro storefront.

The procedures are carried out on the Zemits Demeter 2.0.

Course recommendations for best results are undergoing 10–15 sessions, spaced every 2–4 days, followed by maintenance with 1 session per month or a repeated course after 6 months. Typical session length is 30 minutes.​

Single Session

Book as a one off or a maintenance session.

​

Even one session is enough to improve circulation, reduce bloating and water retention. 

Pressotherapy can be used to support post-workout recovery.

Course of 10 sessions

10 sessions, with sessions spaced every 2–4 days. The cost of one session in this package is equivalent to £40.

This course can be repeated every 6 months or your results can be maintained with a one monthly session.

Course of 15 sessions

15 sessions, with sessions spaced every 2–4 days. The cost of one session in this package is equivalent to £37.
